Keloids are quite common in the ear. If you are starting to have symptoms such as pain, irritation, swelling, you should seek help as soon as possible to prevent the keloid from growing any further. If caught early, a simple injection of steroid and/or 5FU can help stabilize the keloid.

Thank you for your question. The Vycross family of products such as Vollure, don’t tend to swell as much as the previous generations. With hat said, i prefer using volbella as it is a thinner product. At two weeks, I think you are slightly over-filled, and that’s what is giving you the swollen look. I recommend having your injector take a look and ptentially dissolving a little bit of the filler with vitrase. Hope this helps!

Thank you for your question. Ptosis can cause a decrease in your peripheral vision as well as looking tired or sleepy, having to lift your eyelids to see things, and even headaches from using your forehead to lift the eyelids. Although I cannot tell if your insurance will cover your procedure, there are some parameters that most insurance companies will use to decide if your surgery is medicaly necessary.

Thank you for your question. There is no contraindication on having botox while having a cough, or using albuterol before or after you have a botox injection.
However, if you do not feel very well, it is better to wait until you feel better before having any procedures done so you can have a pleasant experience.

Hi and thank you for your questions. A drropy eyelid will make the affected eye look tired or half open when compared to the other eye. I cannot tell from your pictures is you have mahor ptosis. Great question. There is no contra-indication on using kybella every 2 weeks, however, the reason we recommend injecting it every 4 or even better 6 weeks is that the swelling from the injection is less around week 6; and the second treatment will be more effective at targeting the fat as opposed to getting diluted by the swelling.
