Restylane Lyft is not meant to be used in the tear trough or under eye area. It has a high G prime and becomes stiff, which is normally to be used for lifting. I would suggest if it does not improve that you find someone qualified to dissolve the filler. Best wishes.

Restylane Lyft is not meant to be used as a tear trough filler as it is a very stiff filler used more for lifting. If it does not improve I would seek someone qualified to remove the filler with hyaluronidase. 
Swelling of lips with Restylane Silk, am I allergic?

It is not uncommon to have excess swelling in the lips after injection with Restylane Silk. This may last several days and Silk is known to cause this type of swelling. It should resolve within a week or so. Best of luck.

As stated previously, this is PIH or post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation. It is not uncommon, and we saw it more frequently with fully ablative CO2 vs. fractional CO2 laser. It usually begins about 3-4 weeks after laser resurfacing. We use bleaching creams such as Hydroquinone to treat the PIH. It may take a couple months to disappear. It is not permanent. Best of luck.

Restylane Lyft is a very useful filler for mid-face, jawline and hands. However, it is too thick for putting into tear troughs. I use either Restylane Silk or Restylane which have worked well for years. Best of luck.

I have been performing transconjunctival blephs for over 20 years and have yet to see an ectropion from this technique in my hands. It is an extremely safe procedure performed by those experienced in lower eyelid surgery. Best of luck.
Is it better to have stitches or dissolving stitches for upper blepharoplasty?

I have not used dissolving sutures for blepharoplasty and prefer to remove traditional sutures when the wound is sufficiently healed. Dissolving sutures do tend to create more inflammation and irritation.

It appears as though you have a mild wound dehiscence in the central portion of the eyelid. It is minor enough that it should heal fine, just take a little longer.

There should be no issue doing an upper and lower lid bleph with permanent eyeliner. The only time there may be a problem, if the liner extends upward on the upper eyelid laterally, then a portion may be included in the lateral portion of the incision.

There is an obvious wound separation in the lateral portion of the incision. Some surgeons will let this heal on its own. Contact your surgeon as he may want to add additional sutures to close this separation.

The easiest way to treat this would be using an HA filler in the tear troughs. This will lessen the depth of the hollowness and camouflage the deep tear trough. Best of luck.

I would have the blepharoplasty prior to any permanent make-up procedure. I would wait at least a couple months post-surgery before having the permanent eyeliner. Make certain all the swelling from the blepharoplasty has resolved as this can alter the eyelid tattooing.

There is no reason to stop your glaucoma drops before or after eyelid surgery. We would not discontinue them whatsoever after blepharoplasty.
How can the price of Dysport, for the same procedure, be doubled from one doctor to another?

I normally use 50 to 60 units for the glabella alone(frown lines between the brows). Using 150 units of Dysport normally takes care of all three areas, the glabella, forehead and Crow's feet. The 48 units you had would be a very small dose for all areas.
