You can have a filler that will fill in the shadows of the lower lids. You want to have a filler that is not too thick such as restalyne silk. It is better to have this done with a cannula to avoid bleeding and bruising and to give you a more natural look.

You can get laser if you have small cataracts. The problem here is that you need to find out what is the cause of your poor vision. Are your cataracts congenital and do you have amblyopia? Laser can only get you the vision that you have achieved with glasses. It eliminates the need for glasses. If your cataracts are interfering with your vision than it is best to remove these. You may be too thin for lasik. You may want to consider a combination of lasik for the astigmatism and an ICL for the myopia. You can consider this with your ophthalmologist.

There are many other criteria that need to be met before you can be assessed for lasik. The thickness of 498 can still be ok depending on these other factors such as refraction, pentacam and strength of the cornea.
Is Juvederm ok for tear troughs?

I feel that juvaderm is too thick a filler for the tear trough. I would recommend another one such as restalyne silk. The tear trough has very thin skin and the orbital bone is very close to the surface. If a thick filler is used you can get some lumpiness and it not look smooth. Thanks for the question.
Had LASIK done on both eyes 9/2016. Doctor aborted procedure on my left eye and now it's blurry.

You do have to wait a while prior to another procedure. Since you don't have the flap this will change your refraction. I would suggest that you be patient for a stable refraction. You may want to get a second opinion from an experienced lasik surgeon.
Can I have Radiesse and Juvederm fillers injected in the same area?

Yes, you can have two different fillers injected in the same area. What you need to know is which filler adds more volume and the amount of the filler for that price. Radiesse is usually a 1.5ml in volume and juvaderm is 1.0 ml in volume. Radiesse is a thick filler. Juvaderm varies depending on the one that is used. You want a thicker filler in the checks.
