Botox will work for face slimming of the lower face. if you have large muscles just above the jaw line (making some women look masculine) then injecting Botox into those muscles will make them less prominent, making the face look slimmer.
I had a lower blepharoplasty now have ectropion would a filler help correct it?

Hi,
I have used filler with limited success for lower lid ectropion. I suggest it be used in very small amounts. I would recommend consultation with a surgeon or someone very experienced in tear trough filler. For ectropion. I usually place the filler higher (closer to the lid margin) than traditional tear trough injections.
Further surgery may also help but I recommend waiting at least 6 months after your last surgery.

Hi.
I suggest more Botox. It will help to ease the teeth grinding and eventually the muscles won’t look so big. Botox only lasts about 3-4 months, so repeated injections are necessary. Best of luck!

Hi,
I would not recommend radio frequency for lip filler bumps. If the lips were injected less than 2 weeks ago, I would just give it time and maybe gentle massage. If more than 2 weeks, consider hyaloronidase.

This can sometimes happen but I’m concerned that the bumps are still so prominent. Radiesse cannot be dissolved but I have had luck injecting saline into bumps, then massaging them to soften them. I would have your injector try this. Good luck!

The recommended treatment for granulomas is hyaluronidase, oral prednisone and oral antibiotics. See a physician who is experienced in fillers. It may take more than one course of these treatments. Hope that helps!
Will fillers after a facelift cause the skin to stretch + reverse the effect of the facelift?

I have never found fillers to stretch out the skin. if you are really concerned, I suggest using fillers that stimulate collagen renewal such as Radiesse or Sculptra. Fileers can be used in areas that still need volume after a facelift. Placement would be tailored to each individual but cheeks and temples would be targeted first, then lower face. Hope that helps!
