From looking at your pictures, you would definitely benefit from a lower face & neck lift that addresses the skin, the SMAS in the lower face and the skin & the Platysma ion the neck. Sometimes the addition of a laser in a laser assisted lift such as Look Natural lift you get an additional boost of rejuvenation and improvement in the quality of the skin as well. The muscle that is forming that crease under your eyes just needs to be relaxed with a tiny amount of Botox and it will smooth out your puffy under eyes! Plan on getting Botox in that area 3x a year and often by the second year the overactivity and the muscle mass of that muscle ( Orbicularis Oculii ) will diminish and you will like your eyes better even between treatments.

Facetite, Thermage, Ulthera, Thermi RF are all skin tightening treatments and all are very good at tightening skin but when you have neck bands which are not just bands of skin but also contain the very thin neck muscle called the Platysma all bets are off unless the bands are addressed as well.Thank you for sending your pictures.
