Great question! At our clinic we perform a light 5% salicylic peel at the patients Day 10 post operative appointment when their cast has been removed. This is to balance out the oil and congestion post surgery whilst also giving the skin a good deep clean without irritation. Always go by what your Doctor has recommended.

Thank you for a great question. I actually saw a patient today with a very similar nose to yours. Reducing the cartilage from the nose can definitely make the nose look smaller and more feminine. No exercise for 24 hours after surgery
