It is difficult to determine from the photo whether your pigmentation is from under eye filler. If it is filler related then the best way to treat it would be to dissolve the filler with Hylenex. Hello G,
I would treat you with volume to your cheeks with Sculptra and/or Voluma as I believe they are more predictable than fat, particularily in a young woman. Also, much easier and less invasive. It is very important that you choose an expert injecting physician to perform your treatment. Choose based on their experience, skill, knowledge, certification, care, and most importantly their natural artistic vision. Good luck and be well.

I would advise consulting with an injecting physician expert who most likely will dissolve the Volift from your lips. In the future you may use other lip fillers such as Volbella, Restylane Kysse, or Redensity. Good luck and be well.

I would likely not dissolve your chin filler. I would examine you in person and then determine your best course of treatment. I would likely use a treatment of foundational Sculptra to support your upper 2/3's of your face to bring your face back into proportion.
