As others have commented there will be two suture lines with a vaginoplasty surgery. The inside vagina should heal with no visible scars. The outside perineum incision may lead a very faint scar but in the majority of may patients there is no visible scar.

You have many options as already mentioned. Each has there pros/cons. You have some plastyma banding noted. FaceTite will not tighten your platysma muscle. As everyone has commented. Standard protocol for the O-shot is 5ml's. If there is more PRP left over from the initial blood draw, I will sometimes place it in areas were I see dryness in the vagina.

Yes the O-shot can burn while injected. It shouldn't be burning the next day after. If it's persistently burning then go see your provider.

It appears that your perineum does have an "indention." I would recommend waiting 6 months after your birth for the scar tissue and inflammation to settle down. It doesn't appear that your vaginal opening is too wide. If anything you may need a perineoplasty to correct the indention. If it's not causing any pain after 6 months then you might not need any type of surgery. Congrats on your birth.

It is my opinion that you should not undergo an invasive vaginal surgery unless there are some functional issues with your vagina. Viewing your pictures the vaginal opening (aka genital hiatus) appears to be wider than 2 finger breaths. This can lead to less enjoyment for you and your partner during intimacy. 6-8 weeks is my usual time frame to have pelvic rest after vaginoplasty surgery. The surgery does not correct stress urinary incontinence. You would either need a midurethral sling (mesh) or non-invasive approaches that include vaginal laser (like MonaLisa Touch), O-shot, or Emsella.
