There are a few things that you can do to help your area of concern. We have a product called Lumivive by SkinMedica, which can help brighten the area under the eye you may want to try. Dermal fillers like Vollure is an injectable for under eyes, but also a possible laser treatment to help rid the pigmentation concerns.

There is not a contraindication to get a tattoo in the area that coolsculpting was performed, however, I would probably wait about 3 months before getting the tattoo in case there is residual swelling so that it does not alter the shape of the tattoo once area is fully healed.

Kybella is a great treatment for submental fullness however it does not work to improve skin laxity. Morpheus8, a microneedling + radiofrequency device works well to improve skin texture and laxity. Cartilage piercings heal slower than earlobe piercings and are prone to irritation. These piercings can take 4-12 months to heal and bumps are unfortunately common. Glycerin is a humectant which means it pulls water into the skin and keeps it hydrated. For that reason, this is actually a great ingredient for post procedure skin. Vitamin C is safe and effective vs UV rays and sun damage, however, can sometimes be very burny on freshly Microneedled skin. If it feels too hot and burny, I would rinse the product off your face with cool water and wait a couple days before you resume using that face wash again.
