Thank you for your question. In our office we would recommend a PRP treatment (platelet rich Plasma) foloowed by a TCA :strong Tri acid solution to the deep scars revision and repeat as needed with proper skin care. I hope this helps.

Thank you for your question. The Vampire face lift uses , typically, Fillers to enhance the shape of the structures targeted. The Vampire facial is mostly micro-needling and a few injections of PRP if needed. Thank you for your question. Actually, you have a nice jaw line, I think based on my experience that, you may want to increase the lift on your chin and increase the size of your lower lip. This would help tremendously. I have done that on numerous patients and the results are esthetically very pleasing. Thank you for submitting your pictures. Some of the scars should resolve with dermaroller treatment. You will need several . In addition, the dermaroller treatment can be enhanced by adding PRP (platelet rich plasma). I recommend doing a CROSS (chemical revision of the skin scars) in between which would remove some of the accumulated keratinized areas. In cases were dimpling is seen subcision can be used to release the under layers adhesions.
