There is a difference in the treatment for a droopy eyelid and a droopy eyebrow caused by Botox, Dysport or Xeomin. A droopy eyelid is thought to be caused by a direct effect of the Botox on an upper eyelid muscle. Using an over the counter medication like Visine, 2 drops three times a day, may stimulate the weakened eyelid muscle to lift the lid. There are more effective prescription medications for this purpose. More Botox in this instance will not be useful.
