Yes, acne scars will improve after pdo threads injections as well as subscision alone under the scars! Rolling or hypertrophic scars can be more challenging due to damaged collagen formation. I inject collagenase in the thick scar to dissolve the wrong type of collagens 1st. Then I inject steroid to calm down the inflammation! These injections will shrink thick scar aged a series of treatment.
