All of the neurotoxins, Botox, Dysport, and Xeomin, are great for treating excessive sweating under the arms. It is important though that a high enough quantity is used per armpit. For severe cases, retreatment can be needed every 6 months. Over time, my patients have been able to space out their treatments to once a year and some have even had the problem resolve completely after a few years of repeated treatments.
I have fair skin (type 2 on the fitzpatrick scale) and dark hair. Would the yag laser (1064nm) work on

You are in luck! Laser hair removal is most successful on light skinned individuals with dark hair. The physician can adjust the energy component of the Yag when treating the coarse hair vs. fine hair for the best results on both.

Smile lines are a combination of the volume loss along with the mechanical forces of the muscles pushing up the cheeks to show a “smile”. There are several options for treating under eye wrinkles when smiling. Careful injection with fine fillers, PRP, or even your own nanofat can provide structural support to decrease the appearance of these smile lines.

In our office, vasectomies are performed using local anesthesia. The advantage is that even after the procedure, the area remains numb for a period of time. Since the patient is awake, the area must be completely anesthetized to be able to proceed with the treatment. OTC meds can then be taken as needed.
