Hi Shannonlemm:Thanks for the question.From what I can gather, it seems you have a small amount of excess fat under your chin. Unfortunately, none of the pictures really shows it well, other than the first one which shows it a bit.If it is indeed a bit of fat on top of the platysmal muscle (the muscle men use to tighten their neck when they shave), then Smartlipo may be a great procedure for you, in my opinion.It can be done through a small 1/4″ hole under the chin to remove the fat….
