If you had sagging breasts before breast implants (which wasn’t mentioned in the question), then generally speaking, you will have them after having an augmentation and your breasts will be heavier due to the additional weight of the implants. Breast augmentation does not correct sagging breasts but a breast lift will. You should contact your Plastic Surgeon and discuss your post op concerns. Best of luck.

The difference between the implant sizes is small, about 30 gms each side. In my experience, and I know other PS’s have found the same, the most common reason for re-augmentation is that women wished they went the bigger size offered ie the maximum size they could go. So it is best that you speak with your PS about your sizing dilemma before surgery. Good luck with your surgery!
