Thank you for your question. In short, yes, the diastasis recti and umbilical hernia may be repaired together. It would be in the setting of a full abdominoplasty or tummy tuck. The breast lift will change your breast SHAPE but not volume, and the areolae can be reduced at the same operation. For the first few days your breasts will be swollen and tender and you may need to use prescription pain medication. We recommend you avoid domestic responsibilities and arrange for extra help around the house. You should avoid repetitive arm or shoulder movements that will potentially cause more swelling around your implants.
