Using the Keller funnel is on the 14 point list with respect to breast augmentation, and most surgeons are using the device. It would be a good idea to speak to your chosen surgeon and ask them what principles they use to reduce capsular contracture after breast augmentation.

Looking at your photos it is apparent that both implants have been placed too high. It can take up to 6 months for implants to settle, but I feel in your situation you most probably require further corrective surgery

It is not normally the case, but sometimes surgeons create a larger pocket as a capsule will form around the implant , in cases causing rippling of the implant.

Looking at your photos it is very likely that you will require some liposuction especially around the lower back and flank areas otherwise you will only get an average result. Liposuction can also be used to sculpture your abdominal skin, to give you some finer definition.
