There are a number of reasons for differences in breast symmetry after pregnancy, and you should definitely have an examination with your plastic surgeon once your breasts have stabilized after nursing.  If indeed your implant has ruptured, if it is saline it will deflate rather quickly and will be visibly smaller.  This is not a dangerous situation for you, but of course the implant can be replaced to regain symmetry.  If your implants are made of silicone cohesive gel, a rupture may not be…
