The final outcome varies between patients, because some times their tummy bulge isn’t just due to loose muscles, but also due to their internal body organs and fat. Thank you for your question. It is not uncommon for different surgeons to have slightly varying estimates of BWD, because breasts don’t have well-defined boundaries. For this reason BWD is not an exact measurement. Hello, in my experience patients heal very well without massage after a tummy tuck and liposuction, so I don’t feel that lymphatic drainage massage is necessary. Hello, I frequently use differently-sized implants to help correct a slight size difference. I agree with your surgeon that perfect symmetry may not be achieved because even if two different size are inserted, they may not correct all the subtle shape differences of your breasts. However, in many cases I find it is possible to make the breasts closer in overall size and symmetry.
