He is honored to have been a visiting professor for multiple esteemed universities, including Stanford University. In just over 11 years of practice, Dr. Ahmad has authored more than 120 articles and chapters published in prestigious medical journals. He has also co-authored two definitive textbooks on rhinoplasty.

His expertise in rhinoplasty secured Dr. Ahmad the first-ever appointment of a Canadian physician to the board of directors of the Rhinoplasty Society. He is also a member of the board of directors for the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery—only the second Canadian in the society’s history to have received this honor.

Dr. Ahmad is currently an assistant professor at the University of Toronto within the division of plastic and reconstructive surgery, where he directs the aesthetic surgery clinic’s residency program.

Hi, thanks for your question. I would recommend speaking to your provider about this as every injector will have their own guidelines as to what to avoid prior to your lip filler treatment. They may also want to examine the dermatitis to ensure that it won't be exacerbated by your treatment.

Hi, thanks for your question. I highly recommend that you speak to your surgeon before undergoing any treatments to the breast area prior to your surgery. Your surgeon will have their own pre-operative guidelines that you should follow carefully. That said, I would probably hold off on both treatments in order to avoid any unnecessary infections to the area.

Hi, thanks for your question. The closer you are to your goal weight prior to surgery, the better. If you lose weight, then there will indeed be less fat to harvest from, however, typically patients within a healthy BMI range have enough fat to justify a breast fat transfer. That being said, you don't want to have any major weight fluctuations following your surgery, as this can affect your result. Hi thanks for your question. If you are looking for a 2 bra cup size increase then you'll want to consider a breast augmentation with implants. A fat transfer can only offer about a half to a full bra cup size. This is because not all the fat transferred to the breasts survives. You also need to have enough fat in other areas of the body from which fat can be transferred to the breasts.
