I think you would benefit form a tummy tuck but if you want flat tummy you need to lose more of your visceral fat (inside your tummy). Otherwise it would be like a soft suitcase, we close it but it pushes through. All the best!!

If you just want to be smaller a breast reduction operation with vertical lollipop technique will give you a lift in the nipple and a reduction in size.
You can also have some fat transfer to the upper pole, to increase the fullness.
Only if you want significant more projection you need implants.

It is still very early days, with a lot of swelling to resolve, scar tissue to form and then settle. I would appreciate that a good number of these "lumps" or firm areas will resolve by themselves.

It looks to me that you are the prefect candidate for a tummy tuck, you seem to have good quality tissues, muscle separation, tissue excess.
Sometimes you can have a small vertical scar for the initial location of the belly button, but you might not need that.
You need to find a certified Plastic Surgeon to perform the procedure.
