Improving the shape and size of breast after explant surgery can be achieved by different type of procedures.
The best time to do it, in my opinion, is at the same time that the explant surgery. That being said, it is possible to perform these procedure years after the explantation but they can be a little more challenging.

I would suggest you consult a board certified plastic surgeon to discuss your expectations in term of results and to get a full clinical assessment
That being said, you might be a good candidate for subglandular or dual plane breast augmentation alone. But mastopexy with augmentation might be an option as well depending on the type of result you are seeking

From the pictures you provided it appears that you have a good result but a liposuction of the flanks or a lipo 360 would be beneficial.
You should talk to your plastic surgeon about it.

Based on the picture you provided it seems that you have some skin laxity and fat excess on the abdomen.
You are probably a good candidate for a tummy tuck with lipo but I would suggest that you get a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon to confirm that and talk about your expectations.

Based on the pictures you provided your nipples are well positioned but you appear to have too much gland in the lower pole and this can happen following a breast lift or reduction.
If you want more volume and upper pole fullness, an implant might be a good option, otherwise you can benefit from a breast lift revision.
