Loss of fat in the subcutaneous layer and the intra-abdominal cavity will allow your surgeon to better contour your abdomen. Many patients however are very comfortable at your current BMI and don't intend, or want to, lose weight. In either case you should look forward to a very nice change. Good luck

Yes you can. It sounds as though you have some loose skin remaining in the lower part of your abdomen. Removal of this lower skin would be similar to the performance of a mini abdominoplasty. In this case a new incision could be made by removing a portion of your previous abdominoplasty scar. The skin and fat layer then would be elevated off of the muscle layer up to the belly button. The skin within the pulled down snuggly and the excess removed. This is essentially a mini abdominoplasty.
