Hi, thanks for your question and so sorry to hear you are having issues with your implant. For the safety of your baby, the removal of your implant will have to wait until after you have your baby. That being said, I highly recommend consulting a board certified plastic surgeon in order to discuss whether there can be anything done to minimize the pain and discomfort for the time being and to discuss how soon after giving birth you can safely remove the implant.

That being said, typically if you are within a healthy BMI range you are a good candidate for this surgery, which appears to be the case from your photos. However, the best way to assess whether you are a good candidate for any surgery is to have an in person consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon.
