If you have seen a Specialist PS there is no reason to doubt their advice unless you don’t trust them. If that is the case you should seek a second opinion with a face to face consultation. It is risky taking implant volume and profile advice from surgeons who don’t see you face to face and measure your dimensions.

You should discuss this with a second Specialist Plastic Surgeon who performs this type of surgery if you want another opinion.

It is difficult to answer your question without a face to face consultation with measurements but based on your photos and what you have said the volume you quote is very conservative but certainly achievable. You may be a little disappointed when you get used to them so I would advise an extra 50-75cc at least. Hi there

It is unlikely that any reputable Specialist Plastic Surgeon would offer this type of surgery as our training hinges on restoring normal anatomy and aesthetically pleasing form rather than creating abnormal anatomy.
If you find a surgeon prepared to do this, I would advise checking their qualifications and registration on AHPRA website as they may not actually be a surgeon.

Could I get away with just implants with fat grafting or would I need a lift too?

Hi there

Based on the photos you provided you could potentially get a good result with anatomical implants with fat grafting to your upper poles and cleavage but that would not be my advice. I think a lift will provide better breast aesthetics but will need a scar around the nipple. You will probably lose further volume with 7kg weight less so a lift may be even more beneficial if that happens.

It is medically safe to perform multiple procedures such as this at once however it may not be the best thing for you. It also depends on the type of arm lift and thigh lift you are having and whether your surgeon is doing it alone or with a second surgeon. Each procedure generally takes some time. Hi there

From your photo you have a very low BMI. As we get thinner the proportion of fat, relative to the fibrous network holding the fat together goes down. This means there is less fat available to harvest. Only higher BMI patients (BMI over 25) have more easily harvestable fat. Of course you are better off to have a healthy BMI than to gain weight just for fat harvest. If you lose weight after fat grafting then the grafted fat will also shrink. I hope that helps.
