.The question of a lift is difficult to determine from the front view only. Certainly using a more form stable or "gummy" implant will provide good upper breast contour and minimize wrinkles so that choice should work well for you. Pre operative dimensional planning is essential for a great result and a stable long term outcome. Make sure your board certified plastic surgeon focuses on this process. Best of luck.

As you can see from the other answers you are doing yourself a disservice and will definitely run into more problems if you continue to upsize your implants. Just because you can find a surgeon willing to do the procedure should not encourage you to go forward. Despite the shortcomings of the current results, going larger will result in poor healing landing you in the unpleasant position of having to take the implants out altogether. That will certainly be more traumatic...

It is certainly normal to see some asymmetries at this early stage of the healing process. Since the inner part of the breast contour looks pretty good at this point I wouldnt overdo massage, etc... Things will definitely settle over the next several weeks so be patient. We advise our patients not to be overly critical or focused on the asymmetries since the final results are still evolving. Its not unusual for the nipple to be at the lower part of the chest. In most male patients we do look for the areolar to be at the lowest border of the pec or slightly below. Many patients get anxious after surgery when there is prolonged swelling. It does take quite sometime to see the final results after a tummy tuck (usually 6-9 mos). That being said you are more than 3 mos after surgery and that seems like a bit more protrusion than we would typically expect. It certainly is normal to be focused on irregularities and asymmetries right after surgery. I'm sure you have been advised that healing after these complex operations take several months. Although you may have residual asymmetry or capsular contracture it is way to early to evaluate those issues. You seem to be followed appropriately with another appt. in 2 weeks. Emergency visits would only be necessary if you notice increased redness or enlarging open areas.

Sorry to hear you are disappointed with your results. Unfortunately, this is not an uncommon outcome when the lower portion of the implant pocket stretches below the original position of the fold under the breast. The implant type, or shape, is not the issue and changing from a smaller to a larger implant doesn't fix the problem.
