Breasts are made up of glandular breast tissue and fat. The proportions vary between individuals and hence weight loss variably affects a woman’s breasts as it is the fatty component that will generally decrease.

If you lose weight, you may lose volume from your breasts but it will not lift them. In fact, with a large amount of weight loss, the breasts will likely deflate and droop. Exercising to build up the underlying muscle does not have an effect on the breasts.

The excess you display may be residual fat and loose skin or accessory breast tissue.

Eyelid surgery recovery varies depending on the extent of surgery you need. It is generally able to be masked with makeup between 1-3 weeks postop.

If it is just a small procedure such as removing excess upper eyelid skin, you should have minimal bruising and be able to use makeup at 1 week and return to work.

For full upper and lower eyelid rejuvenation, you will be able to mask with makeup from 2-3 weeks postop.
