He/she is the one performing your surgery and will know if you can fly within 24 hours of your fat transfer from various parts of your anatomy to the buttocks. The panniculectomy involves only the removal of excess skin/fat that hangs over the genitals and/or thighs. It does address hygiene issues, rashes/infections, etc. When a panniculectomy is done, there is no tightening of the underlying muscles and tapering of the waist so you do not get the contour shape. Panniculectomy is only the removal of the skin below the belly button, so the best aesthetic results could be attained with a TT.

In general, the abdomen and thighs are preferred donor sites but fat from other areas can be used. The fat must be injected through multiple planes in small amounts to the breast tissue through one tiny incision under each breast.

You could stage the procedures and have the tummy tuck done first; then the liposuction and BBL. However, the result will not be as tight as liposuction and BBL first and then tummy tuck. Both can be performed at the same time, but the upper abdomen cannot be aggressively liposuctioned at the time of the tummy tuck due to blood supply issues.

Because of the laxity of your abdomen, I do not believe that you had a full tummy tuck, as a full tummy tuck addresses both the loose skin and the lax abdominal wall as to give a nice, flat youthful contour to the abdomen. The tummy tuck also creates a more youthful belly button. Tummy tuck without muscle repair may make the recovery easier, but, if you have laxity in that area, the result will be better with plication.
