This is a 60 year old female who underwent an upper eyelid lift procedure. She wanted a subtle improvement in the appearance of hooding of her upper eyelids which was caused by excess eyelid skin. We removed a conservative amount of upper eyelid skin and performed the procedure entirely under local anesthesia.
