Differences between the breasts is quite common. Do sizers and/or the rice test underestimate final implant size if submuscular?

When considering an implant that is 275cc or 295cc, you should not lose sleep over this and go with the 295cc.

I am sorry you feel your face has aged too quickly and too drastically.You should consider a facelift and fat grafting to your face. Less invasive fillers and neurotoxins, and skin care can be used to help maintain your rejuvenation after your surgical procedure but they will not give you what you are looking for on their own. The age of 46 years is a good time to consider a facelift for you, because then you will enjoy it's benefits now, rahter than putting off till later.

Should I get a breast lift first then get breast implants?

You will do best with breast augmentaton and mastopexy. You may or may not have a more predictable result by doing these as two surgeries. I tend to do both procedures at the same time, offering the patient one surgery, one period pf recovery, and less expense.
