It’s always hard to tell from photos alone, but looks like your breasts are too low for you to achieve a good result without a lift. So yes, you most likely need a lift.

Very good question. If I can see correctly, you would benefit from bringing volume to your cheeks, eg with implants or fat, to lift the skin over them, as well as buccal fat removal, +/- dimples, to create a more harmonious face. You should be cautious with getting incisions in front of your ears as you may end up with scars

Interesting question! Turmeric used as a spice in food is relatively small quantities and should not have a big effect, but as a supplement and used in bigger quantities can actually cause more bleeding. Have a chat to your surgeon and see what is the best way forward.

Good question! Short answer is maybe. Large implants, or some access incisions are more likely to cause nerve problems. Removing or replacing your implants with smaller ones may help the problem, but there are no guarantees, as some types of nerve sensitivity are not reversible.

I only perform these in either a single operation, or if staged 3 to 6 months apart. If it is common practice for your surgeon, then you probably are not putting yourself at risk, but you may need a third refinement procedure. As always, it is best to discuss these with your surgeon before the operation.

Is there any evidence to indicate that removing textured implants reduces the risk of BIA-

To date there have been no cases of ALCL with smooth implants, so in theory, removing textured implants will remove the risk of ALCL. Having said that, the current recommendation is not to replace textured implants unless you have symptoms.
