A Toronto native, Dr. de Kleer received her medical degree from the University of Ontario, graduating with honors. She then completed the university’s prestigious plastic surgery residency, where she learned advanced techniques in plastic and reconstructive surgery during the five-year program.

After her residency, Dr. de Kleer became a trauma surgeon at St. Michael’s Hospital in Toronto. She went into private practice when she opened Oakville Plastic Surgery in 2005.

Dr. de Kleer is board certified in plastic surgery by the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada. She is a member of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada, the Canadian Society of Plastic Surgeons, the Ontario Society of Plastic Surgeons, the Canadian Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, and the Ontario Medical Association. She is also an assistant clinical professor at McMaster University in Hamilton, Ontario.

I recommend a small clitoral hood reduction if you decide to do a labiaplasty. Based on your photo, I think your clitoral hood will look a little large if you do only a labiaplasty. Right now, both the clitoral hood and the labia are balanced, meaning they match each other in size. If you reduce one area, it will look better if you reduce the other area as well.
