Perioperative risks are known to increase with increasing BMI. Whilst your circumstances should of course be assessed on an individual basis, in general terms surgical and anaesthetic risks should be reduced/eliminated as far as possible when contemplating elective aesthetic surgery. With that in mind you would be well advised to try to reduce your BMI below 30 before undergoing such surgery. Typically, private hospitals will also want you to achieve this prior to admission to their facility.

Thank you for your enquiry. The underlying anatomical basis for the features you do not like will likely require open surgery, cartilage resection and suture techniques along with thinning of the soft tissues and possible alar base resection. They are unlikely to be able to be addressed by sutures only. Expert clinical assessment is required in the first instance.

Hello. Thank you for your question. Both rhinoplasty and facelift surgery are complex, time consuming operations which may not be appropriate to be undertaken concurrently. Your neck arthritis may also have a significant adverse influence on your individual suitability to undergo such elective aesthetic surgery.
