Thanks for your question. A breast lift and areola reduction can certainly be performed on small breasts; the addition of implants is not mandatory. Many women choose to avoid the long-term implications of implants and are satisfied to remain petite. It is not possible to accurately predict your final bra size. Thanks for your question. You are fairly lean, and therefore would have a relatively small amount of excess fat available for transfer to the buttock area. I do not typically recommend unnatural weight gain prior to BBL surgery; there is no guarantee you will keep the extra fat if you lose weight afterwards. Thanks for your question. You do have a fair amount of excess fat in the saddle-bag area and liposuction is an effective method to improve the contour. My own preference is radio frequency-assisted liposuction (BodyTite). Results of liposuction in this area are typically very good, but it is not possible to predict your final skin quality by your pictures alone. Thanks for your question. The most powerful way “re-inflate” your breasts is with breast implants. This procedure would restore volume and fullness and enhance the overall shape. Based on your pictures you do not “need” a breast lift. If you prefer to avoid visible scars on the front of the breast I would suggest just the implants for now. Your PS should be able to show you numerous examples of patients who have a modest amount amount of drooping similar to you. Good luck.

Thanks for your question. Much of the bulge of your abdomen looks to be due to stretched muscles from your pregnancies. In addition, you appear to have stretch marks and skin laxity of your lower abdomen. Of course, your PS would confirm this with a proper examination. The only way to satisfactorily improve this situation is with a tummy tuck. The belly button is the most important aesthetic landmark of the anterior abdomen; an unnatural or deformed one can seriously downgrade an otherwise excellent tummy tuck result. There are numerous techniques and technical variables for creation of a new belly button and therefore differences between surgeons too numerous to list here. Thanks for your question. You do not have a tuberous breast deformity. The most apparent feature of your breasts is ptosis (droopiness), the right more so than the left.
