It is not necessary to remove your makeup but it is a bit unusual for the injector to not swab the area with alcohol wipes before injecting. That said, it is doubtful you will have any problems. If you like the results from the injections and had good rapport with the dermatologist, you should mention this to her or her staff on your next visit.

Your usual facial cleanser will be fine after Botox. You can continue your normal cleaning and makeup routine. You can go about your day as usual with the exception of exercising for a few hours after injections. Be sure to use an experience injector and ask them for their own specific after care instructions.

One should wait at least 10 days under normal circumstances. But in your case, since you routinely get injections and know the number of units you usually get, it is not out of the question, nor would it harm you, to get more in a week's time. However, as noted, you may have a hard time convincing your injector of this.

If you go to an experienced injector, you should not have any of the issues you mentioned. You need someone with vast knowledge of facial anatomy and musculature so they know where and how to inject neuromodulators. You need to wait about ten days after injections to assess how you look. If you feel there is problem, schedule another appointment with your injector and they can most likely make a correction.

Botox, especially when injected into what we call the bunny lines, will relax the muscles around your nose, like in your forehead or eye area, but will not change the shape or size. An in person visit with a board certified plastic surgeon will help you sort out what is the best treatment option for you.
