Thanks for the photo and the question. The answer is yes, There is a caveat as always. The image creations are helpful but not entirely accurate. Many surgeons use it as part of their marketing techniques and many don’t use them to avoid false expectations. The best guide is to ensure you have had a thorough consultation and have seen enough of the surgeon’s work to be happy with the option you choose. Good luck.

Hi thanks for the question and photos. Realistically speaking you are too early in the postoperative period to be able to judge what the final outcome would look like. You should seek advice however from your operating surgeon.

Thanks for the question and photos. These are typical of liposuction of the neck. Something most facial aesthetic surgeons avoid. These scar formations are very difficult to resolve once they occur. You should seek advice from your specialist. good luck

Hi thanks for the picture and the question. Firstly from the photo I don’t believe you need lower blepharoplasty. You have good support of the cheek and good skin. However, if you were going to have something done a transconjunctival approach would be the best approach in these settings.

Thanks for the question and the photos. It’s hard to of course know without a full clinical history and exam. However, your skin seems elastic and young without a significant redundancy. It’s therefore a good option to consider a transconjunctival approach. Fillers in the lower eyelid are a terrible for a lot of reasons least of all as they don’t help a natural aesthetic outcome. good luck.

Thank for your question and the photo. Suture granulomas which are body’s reaction to the external material only should occur if there is a foreign body including a suture there. Once that has extruded or been removed the reaction usually subsides. Good luck
