No working out and strengthening the chest wall muscles will have very little effect on the outcome of the surgery. As a submuscular breast augmentation requires the physical lifting of the pectoralis major chest muscle. This causes injury to the muscle. I have operated on both housewives and body builders and while their muscles are of different thickness before the surgery all of their muscles receive significant trauma during surgery and the thickness of the muscle had no impact on…
