How realistic is it to get the bubble butt I want?
I recommend buttock implants and possible fat grafting to achieve the buttock you are looking for.

Based on your height, weight, and your picture, it appears that you might not have enough fat to achieve the fullness you are looking for. However, you can achieve a more full buttock with implants and fat. I recommend having an intramuscular buttock procedure with round buttock implants. From the reference photo, I would recommend 400 cc implants. Possible fat grafting in addition to the implants can be done to fill out the outer part of the buttock and give a more curvaceous appearance.
Should breast implants with an anchor breast lift go under or over muscle?
Either implant placement can be performed.

Either implant placement can be performed. Breast Augmentation and Breast Lift are separate and distinct procedures. The procedures should not affect the approach of each other.

If you are healthy and have no underlining medical conditions, having the procedures together is normal and safe.

If you have no health conditions and are healthy, having all the procedures together is perfectly normal and safe. We often do this in my office with patients that are young and healthy. It is not unusual to do a mommy makeover all under one surgery if you have no underlining medical conditions.

From the photos you have provided, you appear to have excess skin of your abdomen, abdominal muscle laxity, and drooping breasts. The breast lift, breast augmentation, and abdominoplasty (tummy tuck) can be performed in one surgery. These can be completed together if you are in good health. If you need or want to split the surgery into two parts, I would prioritize or address the stomach first. Then, the breast surgery can be performed as early as 1 month apart.

Based on your picture, you have mild jowling, platysma banding, and facial and neck skin laxity. The best option would be a full face lift with SMAS-plication and a platysmaplasty. Because you have a thin neck, it is very possible to achieve a sharp chin to neck angle.

This does look like diastasis recti and can be fixed with muscle repair. I would suggest weight reduction first, since you carry a lot of visceral fat. There is a higher chance of the diastasis coming back with greater amounts of visceral fat.

The bridge of your nose could be brought down. The tip of your nose can be made a little smaller and rotated upward slightly. You have a little septo-deviation that can be straightened. Lastly, you can benefit from a chin implant that can bring your nose and chin into proportion.

I suggest starting with sliming down the waist with liposuction first. If the liposuction still does not give you the hourglass look you are trying to achieve, fat transfer to your hips can also be done to give you a more curvaceous figure.

At this stage of your recovery process, there is likely some post-operative edema, otherwise known as swelling. The body can still absorb some of the fat, as well. Therefore, I think you should wait a full year after surgery before considering liposuction. You may not need the procedure after all.

You can return to chest exercises, but you may experience implant mobility.

You may experience implant mobility. A part of the pectoralis major muscle is cut during the submuscular procedure. With the contraction of the pectoralis muscle, you may have movement of the implant during flexion. Despite this movement, I would still recommend placing the implant under the muscle to minimize chance for capsular contracture, and there are methods to minimize implant mobility.
How long after an upper blepharoplasty should I wait before rhinoplasty ?
Blepharoplasty will not have any adverse affect on your rhinoplasty procedure.
