Hello there You can get an accurate estimate of implant size from an MRI . It will calculate it to within about 30cc’s as a rule which is accurate enough for surgical planning .However it is always best to get the specific implant details from the original surgery as that gives your surgeon more information about what he/she may need to do .CheersTS

Hello there Yes you do have features of tuberous breast deformity and quite marked breast sag . You will need a breast lift to fix the sag and improve the breast shape .Implants will be required if you want to increase size .CheersTS

Hello there Yes I would recommend fat grafting . You will probably need several sessions 3 – 6 months apart .The fat grafts should help to improve the contour there and they also help the tissue recover from the previous surgery , we think by improving blood supply .So I think that is the best way for you to proceed from here .CheersTS

Hello there Hyaluronic Acid is NOT approved by the TGA for injection into the breast .It has been used in the past overseas and was found to be largely ineffective and problematic .So not really an option that is safe or likely to work for you .CheersTS
Is it possible to have my tuberous breasts corrected and my nipples moved?

Hi there  A breast lift will move your nipples to a better position and even you up .Implants are only required if you want an increase in breast size .You have breast sag ; not sure if they are truly tuberous but hard to tell from a single photo .CheersTS
