This area is called your modiolus and corresponds to where many facial muscles converge. First of all, congrats! That is an impressive accomplishment. You are not alone as this is a common concern after weight loss.
In general, it depends on how you feel about your jawline and neck. Given that you are able to grow an awesome beard, I would think the neck and jawline would be low on the priority list and a simple fat transfer will help to restore some of the fullness in your cheeks (not feminize) and help to fill the tear trough that can make people look tired.

It appears that you have a strong frontalis muscle (raises our eye brows). This may be addressed easily with botox. If botox makes your eyebrows sit too low, then you can always play with the dose of botox to the desired muscle activity/ level of wrinkles or consider a brow lift that may help to resposition your eyebrows, but at 27you, this would likely be premature.

In your pictures, you do not appear to have any jowls, though the pictures make it a little challenging to see. For very subtle skin improvement, I would start with a fractional laser that is safe for neck skin like Halo, or an effective RF microneedling like Profound or a slightly more invasive Renuvion. While its not uncommon for patients in their 40’s to require a facelift/ necklift, these pictures show that you have a nice jawline.

There are many devices out there marketed for neck rejuvenation, but very few have any clinically significant results that make the cost worth while.
As a surgeon, I am biased but I would recommend a facelift. This will allow for the surgeon to reposition the soft tissues that have migrated with age back into a more youthful position without making you look like a different person.
The downtime is relatively brief and a good High SMAS or Deep plane facelift can last for up to 20 years.

When considering an chin implant, its important to be able to see your entire profile (Forehead all the way to collarbone) from a direct lateral view.
