I would recommend you wait 6-12 months before considering revision surgery.
Options include -areolar reduction of the larger areolar or medical tattooing of the smaller areolar.

You do have a form of tuberous breast deformity. I would recommend a one stage augmentation mastopexy.
Your cost would depend on a number of factors such as private cover, type of implant selected and where you decide to have the procedure.
I recommend you see a specialist plastic surgeon in your area who can guide you and help you select the most appropriate implant based on your desired outcome.

Based on your preop photos I would recommend a Mastopexy Augmnetation with use of different size implants.
Your scarring will be more than what you see in some of the images as you will have scars related to the mastopexy.
In experienced hands you will get a similar shape to some op the post op images.

I recommend you see a specialist plastic surgeon in your area who will be able to discuss the options for correction of tuberous breast deformity.
