Thank you for your question and best wishes on a great result and speedy recovery.  It is very normal to have soreness and muscle spasm this soon after surgery.  The chest muscle have to stretch and accommodate the volume of the implants and eventually the soreness will go away - it is a little different for each individual.  It is important to have regular follow up appointments with your surgeon and ensure you are following the recommended recovery instructions.
