Often after a breast augmentation the implants ride high and it can take up to six months for them to drop. You didn't mention exactly how long ago the surgery was but if it was less than six months ago, wait for the implants to drop, this can be facilitated by wearing a pectoral strap around the chest and upper poles of your breasts.

Well, it isn't optimal but you could have a donut mastopexy where we make an oval incision around and above your areola and then place a cinching suture around that cut to pull the oval into a circle the size you want your areolas. In addition we could place a large (400 cc or greater) cohesive gel implant that tends to hold its shape in the upper pole. Without being able to measure your chest directly, it seems that both implants would fit fine. Whenever the patient can't decide between two sizes I always say go for the bigger one, because I hear, "I wish I had gone just a little bit bigger", a lot more offen then I hear, "I should'a gone smaller"!
My implant has moved and I can feel it. Should I be concerned?

I would suggest you take photos of the problem and ask your surgeon if it is okay to send them to him via email. He is the best one to advise you as to whether this is normal or not.
