Hi Renzo, Thank you for the question. There are multiple nonsurgical options to help fix asymmetry in the face but likely a combination of treatments are necessary for optimal results. It’s difficult to say for sure based on the pictures you provided, but often times lifestyle modifications should be combined with treatments such as botox, fillers, and PDO threads for lifting. Try to find a practitioner in your area that is confident and comfortable with using multiple treatment modalities.

Before treating the tear troughs, it is important to analyze skin quality as well as volume loss. Based on the pictures you have provided here, a combination of therapies would likely benefit you. We could start with a hyaluronic acid filler such as Belotero Balance for this area.
