Thank you for writing and sharing your pictures. It is possible to change the profile, particularly the upper 2/3 of the nose, with minimal change to the tip of the nose. In your comments, however, you mention making the tip smaller. Obviously this will change the tip shape a little in all views. Hi there! Thanks for the great question and your photo. Yes, you can have hairline lowering surgery with a small widow's peak like I see in the photo. The key thing for hairline lowering (a.k.a. forehead reduction) is that most of the need for hair coverage should be in the central forehead rather than the temples. If you needed additional coverage after the lowering procedure, a small amount of hair grafts can be used to fill in or add density. Best of luck moving forward!

An ideal female forehead height, for a woman of average stature, would be about 6.5-7cm. Thank you for the question. Blood pressure management is important after face and neck surgery, including liposuction. Increased blood pressure can lead to an increased risk of bleeding under the skin or persistent fluid collection (seroma) during healing. Keeping your pressure in a normal range is important for achieving the results you're looking for. It is important to have a good relationship with your surgeon and to feel comfortable about the details and goals of the procedure beforehand.
