Thank you for your question. It is very possible that one of your medications is causing the uncontrollable diarrhea. See if the stopping of your medications helps to resolve it. You should call your Board Certified Plastic Surgeons office and keep them updated on your status and if it does not stop soon I would ask them about recommending an over the counter anti-diarrhea medication and voice your concern that it can lead to dehydration.Nest of luck.

It would help to see full facial photos (front and sides), but yes, refinement of the hanging or low tip is possible even if you're happy with your dorsum (the slope part). Assessment of the nose includes examination of the cartilage and bones, frontal/base/side views, intranasal exam (inside the nostrils to look at the septum), and evaluation for symmetry.
