Thank you for your posting! These two procedures are best done separately as one procedure requires a patient to be laying face up, and the other requires a patient to be laying face down. Also, in terms of recovery, a patient who has had a BBL will need to avoid sitting or laying on their bottom for at least two weeks to help prevent fat reabsorption. Lifting kids after breast lift with implants?

Thank you for your posting! Many of the moms in our office ask this same question. It is definitely important to know this information ahead of time so you can plan accordingly. After an augmentation-mastopexy procedure, it is best to avoid lifting anything over 5 lbs for at least six weeks. However, you should consult your board-certified plastic surgeon regarding his or her postoperative protocol and it can be unique to each surgeon. Good luck in your upcoming procedure!

Thank you for your posting! It is very common to feel “stuffy” after rhinoplasty. This is a result of the swelling during the healing process, and it can take some time for this to subside. This measurement is important to consider when marking and preparing for surgery, and it is unique to each individual patient.
