He was then selected for prestigious fellowships at New York-Presbyterian/Weill Cornell Medical Center Burn Center and The Wound Healing Laboratory.

Dr. Reagan is board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery. He is a member of the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, the California Society of Plastic Surgeons, and the San Diego Plastic Surgery Society.

He is also the recipient of numerous awards, including being named one of the Best Plastic Surgeons in San Diego by San Diego Magazine and one of the Best Plastic Surgeons in La Jolla by La Jolla Light Newspaper.
