This patient was asked to raise her eyebrows, hence, an "active" forehead for both photos. Austin Texas-based Cosmetic Dermatologist, Dr. David Bushore, injected Botox into the patient's forehead area, which was highly effective yet still allowed for movement of the brows, shown in the after photo. He also used Vollure injectable filler to further smooth out the forehead area.
