57 year-old woman with weak upper eyelid muscles. Her appearance certainly conveys sadness and tiredness. She underwent an in-office Ptosis Repair (Eyelid lift) to repair the muscles on both sides. She now has a much more alert, friendly appearance. In addition I removed a small mole along the edge of her right upper eyelid margin (left side of the photo). Ptosis surgery requires great precision and a surgeon who is devoted to the meticulous nature of eyelid muscle surgery.
